In 1999 we had a fusion of Middle Eastern and Viking Culture, it produced the ‘13th Warrior’. Fast forward to 2015 and we have the introduction of an Emirati Supercar that is set to rival Antonio Banderas’s performance.

Its called the Fenyr Supersport, and is named after Fenrir a monstrous wolf from Norse Mythology and son of Loki. This mythological wolf theme was heavily used on the Fenyr’s launch at the Dubai International Motor Show.

Not having had a chance to drive the Fenyr, all we have is specs and looks to go off. But geez it looks impressive. Manufactures W Motors have announced that the Fenyr Supersport will be limited to 25 units per year.

Specifications of the Fenyr:
Engine: 4.0L Flat 6 Twin Turbo
Max Power: 671 kW (900 hp)
Max Torque: 1100 Nm
Estimated Kerb Weight: 1300kg
0-100 in less than 2.7 secs
Rear wheel drive

The Fenyr is sibling to the Lykan Hypersport. The Lykan Hypersport is the most exclusive Hypercar in the world with only 7 units.

Specifications of the Lykan:
Engine: 3765cc Flat 6 Twin Turbo
Max Power: 552 kW (900 hp)
Max Torque: 960 Nm
Estimate Kerb Weight: 1400kg
0-100 in 2.8 secs
Rear wheel drive

I don’t expect we’ll be seeing the Fenyr in Australia. But fingers crossed we do and surely CarTell.tv will be their first point of conact for a ‘Good Looking Car Reveiw’.
