In this video our newest presenter Jenny makes a comeback and it’s to review the latest 2018 Honda CR-V in it’s top of the line VTi-L guise 2WD 7 seater. Being a timed and tried legend like the CR-V we know Honda will give it all it has to ensure it remains such a popular SUV choice, so adding a 7 seater trim seemed like the logical next time.

Don’t expect too much in terms of power rating as for a big ride with a potential of 7 passengers, the engine seems rather small. This car comes with a 1.5 l turbo engine. Now, you might think that it is the one from the Civic, but it actually packs a larger turbo aimed at reducing turbo lag. The changes result in 140 kW of power and 240 Nm of torque, the latter available from 2,000 revs.

Fuel efficiency is stated to be 7.3 litres, but I would expect it to sip a bit more in real-world conditions.
