Engine options for the Jag FPace start from a P250 which is a 2 L petrol with 184 kW and 365 Nm, then a D300, which is a 3 L diesel with respectable 221 kW and 650 Nm, then there’s this P400, which is a 3 L petrol with 294 kW and 550 Nm and at the very top you’ll find a proper 5 L V8 with massive 405 kW and 700 Nm behind a P550 monniker pushing the beastly SVR model.

All of the engines drive all four wheels with the help of an 8-speed automatic transmission.

The price for the Jaguar F-Pace in lower trims starts at around $78k, this P400 starts from $110k. With all the bells and whistles added, this tested model costs almost $123500.
