The Peugeot 2008 has two engines to choose from, both 1.2 L, both turbo and both petrol. The lesser one is available in the Allure and GT and it produces 96 kW and 230 Nm of torque from just 1750 revs. It’s paired with a 6-speed automatic.

The more powerful one that we featured has 114 kW and 240 Nm of torque and it is paired with an 8-speed automatic, Peugeot’s proven EAT8 transmission.
