What is it?
The ZR-V is Honda's compact SUV, slotted between the HR-V and CR-V on the Australian range and sharing its platform with the current 11th-generation Civic. Three petrol grades plus the e:HEV LX hybrid, all FWD, sold on fixed national drive-away pricing.
The lineup runs from VTi X at $40,200 drive-away, through to e:HEV LX at $54,900 drive-away. Warranty cover sits at 5 years, unlimited km.
Interior and Technology

- You want AWD (the ZR-V is FWD only), a cheaper hybrid (Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid), or a longer warranty (Kia Sportage runs 7 years).
- The 1.5T is fine for daily use, e:HEV is the version to buy if you can afford it. The Civic-derived chassis means it drives noticeably better than obvious medium SUV rivals.
- Top trim climbs to $54,900 drive-away.
