Interior and Technology
615 km WLTP on the eDrive50 leads the full-size electric sedan segment. The 31-inch BMW Theatre Screen is unmatched rear-seat entertainment in any sedan. The M70 xDrive 485 kW dual motor with 1,015 Nm hits 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds. Bowers and Wilkins Diamond audio standard on the i7. Hands-off Highway Assist and wireless CarPlay across the range.
From $297,900 plus on-roads, M70 pushes past $400k drive-away in NSW. 2.7-tonne kerb weight is felt over poor surfaces despite air suspension. DC peak of 195 kW trails Lucid and Porsche on a road trip. Split headlight face still divides buyers.
